UNIRAID 2022

UNIRAID is an adventure trip in which participants cross Morocco from the north to the south and deliver solidarity material in the deserted villages of the desert.

Children of Morocco

In recent years, Morocco has made great advances in children’s rights, in particular concerning education. However, numerous violations persist: sexual violence, child labor, child marriage.

Although school is free, parents living in poverty cannot afford school supplies.

The challenge

Participants must cross Marroco navigating with a road book, overcoming all kinds of obstacles, challenges and tests.

1. Car preparation

Participation in UNIRAID requires compliance with certain aspects of the vehicles. The requirements help participants better prepare the cars for the desert/mouintains and cut costs.

2. Navigation

Overcome obstacles and find remote villages with just a Road-Book, a map and a compass (no GPS or electronic devices)

3. Deliver supplies

We will cross Morocco through the interior, crossing the Atlas, where we will deliver school material and solidarity in the villages previously selected by the Organization.
